If you have pets and are putting
your house on the market, be sure to work out the showing arrangements
carefully. It is rare for pets to pose significant problems, however as
the saying goes "Better safe than sorry". During a home showing, it is
always best if no pet odors are evident. Take a moment to "freshen" your
pet area before a showing. Arrangements are best made ahead of time for
containing your pet, both for the safety of the animal and visitors to
your home.
