4.   Insist on termite inspection contingencies.
5.   Expect a counter offer.
6.   Re-visit the property.
7.   Utilize a Buyers right for a home inspection.
8.   Ask your Agent to supply you with the current comparable sales.
9.   Have your Agent obtain a current assessment.
10.  Ask your Agent to supply you with the dates of the Original Purchase and
           any / all improvements and renovations.
